No Return Policy

1. No Returns: We do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@pernostore.com within 2 days of receiving the product. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

3. Exceptions: Customized or personalized items are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
